Basics: Creating Value in Mobile Inter-Networking & Roaming

To share how network Operators increase the value of their network by (a) connection with subcribers other networks and (b) enabling their subscribers to roam onto other networks, I prepared this lecture for the graduate Telecom Program at University of Colorado, Boulder. Thanks to my friend and colleague, Tom Schwengler for inviting me to guest lecture in his Wireless Networking class, and allow me to share.
